Shift to Leadership: Five years ago, I transitioned into management. As an IT Director, I now steer the ship, focusing on Information Security and IT Service Management. My experience spans two decades, encompassing diverse roles—planning, deploying, operating, and relentlessly improving IT infrastructure.
